Woman Spotlight: Paru Tea Bar

Amy Truong founded Paru Tea Bar in May 2017 and got LGBTBE certified in August 2018. Since its founding Paru Tea Bar has hit the ground running and is going strong as the brand gains new fans. Paru Tea Bar has been featured on CBS news, Best of San Diego to name a few outlets where Amy has demonstrated the beauty of tea and creating community. Paru Tea Bar is a   San Diego based organic tea company offering a selection of premium hand-blended teas available online and through pop-ups and community events. They offer a monthly tea subscription box and tea education workshops.  Recently, Amy generously donated a year’s subscription to the Silent Auction for the NGLCC National Dinner & Awards Gala. Viacom Surprises Certified Superstar Participants with Prizes

Looking out onto Broadway from the 31 st floor of its Times Square building, suppliers, guests, and Viacom judges and representatives sat in Viacom ’ s gorgeous amphitheater to learn from four nglccNY LGBTBEs who pitched their businesses.
