November 16-17, 2016 | Washington, DC This two-day program for LGBT Business Enterprises (LGBTBEs) will provide the framework to build a robust action plan as participants learn about: Business financing - understanding financial statements, cash flow statements, financial projections, and working capital Procurement - navigating corporate procurement processes Change management - understanding the difference between change and project management Relationships - cultivating better relationships with internal and external customers To participate, LGBTBEs must meet these criteria: Maximum of $1,000,000 in revenue In operation for at least one year This institute is custom designed to the participating companies. It’s Back to Business, Back to Work at   The Center’s Annual Career Fair The Center has been instrumental in getting the community back to work for years and this year it is celebrating the 10th Anniversary of one of the City’s largest LGBT Career Fairs. The Center has been cultivating the Annual Career Fair at Citi’s Executive Conference Center for the last few years. Employers who value LGBT diversity in the workplace and representing industries such as Advertising, Education, Finance, Government, Health, Marketing, Real Estate to name a few will be on hand to meet qualified candidates.
