Movie: Matt Shepard is a Friend of Mine

MATT SHEPARD IS A FRIEND OF MINE explores the life and tragic death of Matthew Shepard, the gay student brutally murdered in Laramie, Wyoming in one of the most notorious hate crimes in U.S. history. Framed through the personal lens of friends and family, it's a story of loss, love, and courage in the face of unspeakable tragedy.

Matt's parents Judy & Dennis Shepard and Director Michele Josue in attendance for select screenings opening this weekend, February 6th - 8th. The movie opens February 6th in New York at AMC Empire 25 located at 234 West 42nd Street, New York, NY 10036. 

Advanced tickets can be purchased here.  There will special Q&A sessions at the following screenings:
  • Saturday, February 7th @ 2:20 p.m.
  • Saturday, February 7th @ 4:50 p.m.
  • Saturday, February 7th @ 7:25 p.m.
