Attention all LGBT alumni who have launched start-ups and are seeking funding!

You are invited to submit your start-up business plan for consideration to the HBS Alumni Angels of New York. The HBSAA holds monthly Pitch Nights where pre-screened companies are invited to present their business. September 8th is a Pitch Night that will focus on gay-founded or led firms, jointly sponsored with the HBS LGBT Alumni Association and Stanford Pride. Supporting partners include All Ivy Pride, Start Out and the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce New York (NGLCCNY). This is of great benefit to LGBT entrepreneurs who seek financing (seed, venture, bridge funding). The HBS Angels of NY have provided over $3.5 million in financing since late 2011.

The monthly Pitch Night will be on Monday, September 8, 2014 at 5:30 pm in New York City*. To apply see the HBSAA  Application Instructions.  For questions contact Jim Sherman (AB '84, MA '85).

As the second largest angels group in the City, HBS Angels have funded 20 startups since late 2011.

*You need not to be based in the New York area to submit but you will need to be present if you are preselected.
